How to Apply an IOD Transfer
One of the questions that I get asked a lot is how to apply an IOD transfer. Let’s be honest. They look amazing… and hard… and intimidating. But they’re really simple.
So when I was applying the June transfer on this chest I thought I’d create a tutorial video to show the simple steps I use. I had already painted this chest in Fusion’s Homestead Blue. This tutorial should answer all those questions and help you feel more confident in using a transfer! Here’s the finished product.
Here are the supplies I rounded up:
- “June, Ode to Henry Fletcher ” IOD transfer (now retired)
- Scissors
- Frog Tape
- Fields of Tuscany Scented Wax
- Lint free cloth
