Shipping and Returns
I’m so grateful that you have chosen Blue Star at Home for your paint supply needs. We ship our paint and supplies via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. We ship within 24 hours, every Monday through Saturday. Due to USPS regulations, we cannot ship our Stain and Finishing Oil through the post office, so shipments that contain stain will be shipped by UPS Ground.
Our shipping charges are based on a tiered flat rate:
Spend less than $50 and pay just $8 shipping.
Spend $50-$80 and shipping is just $14.
Spend over $80 and shipping is free.
Use coupon code corona2020 for free shipping over $80.
We offer worry-free shipping! We will quickly replace, at no cost to you, any paint that has been damaged in shipping. Simply email Cyndi at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your damaged product to start the process. Be sure to save your box and packing materials as the US Postal Service may want to see it prior to approving a claim for damages.
We encourage you to make your color selections carefully. Our testers are the perfect way to try out colors if you’re not sure what you need. In the rare case that you change your mind and want to exchange colors, please contact us for a return shipping address. You will need to carefully pack the paint you want to return and mail it back to us. The return shipment must arrive undamaged in order for a replacement to be issued. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
